- Observation(s): Leak inside one walk-in cooler. Container is placed below to catch drip. Please repair this leak. Dirty trays are balanced on top of garbage bin before going through the dish pit. Do not place trays on top of the garbage bin going forward. Recommend some kind of trolley to hold dirty trays or reworking the space/equipment (e.g. installing drain boards on both ends of the three compartment sink).
