      • The hand wash sink closest to the front food preparation area did not have available paper towels in its nearby dispenser. Paper towel dispenser was replaced during inspection.

      • The caulking of the baseboard directly adjacent to the chicken breading work area contained gaps between it and the wall, making it harder to properly clean. Seal cracks or gaps in baseboard to render walls in this area smooth and easily cleanable.
