- The clean-in-place quats spray bottle, and sanitizer clothe buckets were both tested and found to be below 50 ppm.The operator remade the solutions for both, confirming a concentration of 200 ppm with test strips. Quats test strips were available and within their expiration date.Please ensure all quats-based sanitizer solutions are prepared at 200 ppm and verified with test strips after each preparation.
