- 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
- Facility uses multi-quat sanitizer solution in a bucket for surfaces and equipment. Sanitizing cloths are stored in the bucket when not in use. Chemical test strip was used to measure the concentration at 150 ppm. In addition, the solution was visibly soiled. Manager was asked to change out the buckets of solution and instructed to change the solution when the solution becomes dirty.
