      • Cleaning checklists were available but were not being consistently completed. The operator later provided a photo of the completed cleaning checklists.Please ensure that cleaning checklists are always being maintained.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Warm water was not detected in the boys' washroom after running all the sinks for 5 minutes. The water temperature measured approximately 12C.The operator noted that it takes a long time for warm water to reach the tap. Please fix to ensure that warm water is available consistently to support proper handwashing.
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • Storage was not adequate. Backpacks and children's personal belongings were placed on a gym bench without proper separation. The operator indicated that, moving forward, children will leave their items on designated classroom hooks and collect them at the end of the day.

      • Cleaning rag stored over hand sink faucet. Store cleaning clothes in sanitizing solution, such as 100 ppm chlorine, in a storage area that is inaccessible to children.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Water temperatures measured low at hand basins in washrooms located directly outside of gym: - Girls: 24.0 C- 25.7 C - Boys: 9.4 C - 9.6 CEnsure appropriate water temperature maintained to provide hot water that measures less than 49 C.
