      • 1. A purple solution was observed in unlabelled spray bottled (reported - Pine-Sol). It was addressed during the inspection.2. Pine-Sol bottles were stored in OSC washroom near the hot water tank, and it was accessible to children. It was addressed during the inspection.

      • One ceiling tile was water-damaged/stained in the Toddler room, one ceiling tile was damaged in the OSC washroom, and one ceiling tile was missing in the cots' storage area. Please replace affected and missing tiles.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • Paper towels were not in appropriate dispensers in the Baby washroom and one of the OSC washrooms, and paper towels were missing in the other OSC washroom. It was addressed during the inspection.

Please remove the furniture from the washroom.3. A door for the laundry closet was missing. Please replace.
