      • 1. There was a garbage can with a broken pedal that had a sharp metal piece sticking upwards causing a hazard. **Ensure this portion is removed from the garbage can or obtain a new garbage can.

      • The bleach water disinfectant for the diapering station in the infant room was measured at a concentration of 50ppm. **Ensure the bleach water disinfectant for the diapering station is maintained a concentration of 100 ppm.

      • The first aid kit in the toddler room is missing alcohol swabs. **Obtain alcohol swabs.

      • "Primo" brand of bingo dabbers were noted as an art supply in a toddler room. This brand did not have a non-toxic claim and may not be suitable for use by children of this age range.Ensure that art supplies intended to be used by children are non-toxic.
    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • One of the shelving sides of the shorter toy shelf in the toddler room appeared to be installed incorrectly, exposing a raw wood surface that would be difficult to properly clean. Re-install siding to ensure smooth cleanable surfaces.
