      • 1) The diapering mat in the ducklings room was torn in a few spots and was taped over.- Ensure that the diapering mat is in a condition that makes it easily cleanable.2) The electrical outlet cover on the east wall in the ducklings room was cracked and chipped.- Electrical outlet cover to be replaced.

    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • 1) Drink cups were being kept in the handwashing sink in the Duckling Room.2) Capes for art were being kept in the handwashing sink in the Bear Cubs room.- Ensure handwashing sinks are always accessible for use.
    • 21. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Critical)?
      • The hot water maximum measured at the handwashing sinks in the Duckling room and Bear Cub washroom was 54.2C. - Hot water maximum shall not exceed 54C. 49C maximum hot water recommended at handwashing sinks.
    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • Sleeping blankets in the Bear Cubs room were being stored piled together in a cupboard. - Ensure bed linens are labeled and stored separately as to not touch another child's bedding and stored in a manner to protect it from cross-contamination.
