      • Pre-school Room: Access to the mechanical room was observed directly from the pre-school room, and the door was unlocked. The operator was advised to keep the mechanical room locked at all times to prevent children's access and reduce potential safety hazards.

      • The laundry room door was observed to be open, allowing unrestricted access. The operator was advised to keep the laundry room door closed at all times to restrict access and prevent potential safety hazards.

      • Baby Room: A glitter shaker labeled as not suitable for children under 3 years of age and shaving foam with a sensitive skin warning were observed in the Baby Room. The operator was advised to remove these items and ensure all art and sensory materials are reviewed regularly for age restrictions and safety warnings before use.

      • Baby Room: Chlorine sanitizer was measured at 50 ppm. Operator was advised to prepare a fresh sanitizer which was subsequently measured at 100 ppm.

      • Pre-School Room: First aid kit items, such as Eye Pads, non-woven sponges were found to be expired (expiration: 2020). The operator was advised to regularly monitor and inspect first aid kits to ensure that all contents are within their expiration dates and remain in good condition for effective use during emergencies.

      • Facility: The maximum hot water temperature was recorded at 55.5°C. Please decrease the water temperature and ensure it is consistently maintained below 49°C. Implement consistent monitoring and regular temperature checks to verify compliance and prevent future exceedances.
