     • The electrical outlet and cover on the south end of the east wall in the yellow room was being secured to the wall using tape.- Ensure that the electrical outlet is safely secured to the wall without using tape.
   • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
     • 1) There was an accumulation of dust noted on the ceiling fan in the orange room washroom.- To be cleaned.2) The toilet seats in the orange room and red room were scuffed/scratched and discoloured making the seats difficult to clean.- Toilet seats to be fixed or replaced.
