- Dried food items stored inside a kitchen cabinet were found to be contaminated with mice droppings. Discard all affected food items in the kitchen.- Store dried foods in pest proof containers with protective covers.

- The paper towel dispenser at the hand sink was found to be empty. Staff immediately refilled the paper towel dispenser during inspection.

- Mice droppings were observed inside cabinets and oven drawer in the kitchen.- Use bleach water solution to clean and dispose all mice droppings observed in the kitchen.- Identify all potential points of entry in the facility and have them closed/sealed to prevent pest entry.- Set out mice traps throughout the facility and remove materials that create harborages sites for mice to strive.- Store dried foods in pest proof containers with protective covers to prevent contamination.

- Plumbing leaks were observed at the faucet of the two-compartment kitchen sink and from the plumbing fixtures beneath the sink cabinet. Repair the leaks to prevent water damage and maintain sanitary conditions

- Some kitchen utensils stored in cabinets were found to be contaminated with mice droppings. All affected utensils must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before use to ensure food safety.

- Water-damaged items were found inside the cabinet beneath the kitchen sink. Remove and dispose of all affected items, and thoroughly clean the interior of the cabinet to prevent mold growth and maintain sanitary conditions.
