      • In the pre-kinder washroom, a missing baseboard was observed on the wall beside the toilet. Ensure the indicated surfaces are repaired to render them smooth and easy to clean.

      • In the toddler room, a ceiling tile was observed hanging down, posing a potential risk of falling onto children below. The operator was advised to ensure all ceiling tiles are properly fitted. During the inspection, the operator repositioned the tile securely back into place.
