      • The bleach/chlorine spray bottle in the preschool room was not observed with a label. Ensure all chemicals are labeled. The operator labeled the indicated spray bottle during the inspection.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • The bleach/chlorine sanitizer in the infant room was measured at 50ppm with bleach/chlorine test strips. Ensure bleach/chlorine sanitizer is maintained at a minimum concentration of 100ppm. The operator prepared a 250ppm bleach/chlorine sanitizer during inspection.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • The diapering pad in the preschool room was observed with a small rip in the top surface. Please ensure the indicated diapering pad is replaced.
