- - The mechanical dishwasher is not dispensing chlorine sanitizer during machine cycle. No chlorine registered during testing of residual water after machine cycle was complete. Also observed no chlorine moving through the designated chlorine sanitizer dispense tube.Operator will be using their 2- compartment sink in the meantime. Proper washing procedures for a 2 - compartment sink was discussed.
