      • Observed scoop handles submerged in the food items in multiple bulk food storage containers.Correction:-Scoop handles adjusted during inspection.-Education provided to store scoops in a manner to prevent contamination.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • The door at the back leading to outside is in disrepair with notable gaps throughout.Operator uses this door to move food products into the facility.These gaps can allow pests to enter the building.Correction:-Ensure that the door at the back is repaired and/or replaced to seal the gaps to prevent pest entry.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Grease ventilation unit is overdue for inspection and cleaning.Correction:-Ensure that service is arranged for grease ventilation unit maintenance.

    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Dropping found near walk in cooler. Have a contract with a pest control company.By Feb 16th do an extensive search thru the facility and ensure all dropping have been cleaned and removed. If more dropping are found ensure all food contact surfaces are disinfected at the beginning of each day.Feb 28, 2025 updateDropping still found.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • There are some water damaged ceiling tiles in the kitchen. Operator stated the owner of the builing wll be making repairs to the roof and then the damaged ceiling tiles will be replaced.Ensure water damaged ceiling tiles are replaced by April 28, 2025.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • A cleaning schedule doesn't exist.Feb 14, 2025 update: violation is still outstanding.Ensure violation is corrected by Feb 18, 2025

      • There was no sanitizing solution in the preparation areas. A 100ppm of chlorine solution was made. Violation was corrected during the inspection.

      • Hot water is not consistent throughout the facility, Some areas like the bar have adequate hot water. Whereas the grill has some hot water and the back area has minimal hot water.By Feb 18, 2025 ensure all sinks in the kitchen has adequate amount of hot water.

      • Better sanitation is needed in the canopy hood and in the dry storage area floor.By Feb 20th ensure the canopy hood and the dry storage area floor are cleaned.
