      • 1. Duct tape was being used to secure the table lamp at the manicure stations.2. Clear tape used to secure mats at manicure stations.3.       • **CORRECTED**1. Observed nail files and foam nail files in drying cabinet. Workers stated they were cleaning and disinfecting the files. Items discarded during the inspection as they are absorbent and not easy to clean. 2. Observed wooden sticks left in jar of scrub at pedicure station. Stick discarded during inspection, because they can only be used once.

      • **CORRECTED**1. Observed workers washring reusable tools and then immediately putting them in CS20 high level disinfectant. Discussed proper procedures with staff during inspection.     • 17. Is reusable equipment cleaned properly (Critical)?
      • Cleaned nail clippers had debris. As well, the CS20 solution in which the tools are disinfected, had an accumulation of debris and nails. Indicating that tools are not properly cleaned prior to the disinfection step.Please ensure tools are thoroughly cleaned and inspected for debris, prior to disinfecting. Staff rewashed tools and replaced the CS20 solution.
    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • Multiple pedicure chairs have leather peeling from the seat and film peeling from the arm rest.Please repair these areas to facilitate proper cleaning and disinfection.
