    • 03. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Critical)?
      • -Chemicals were stored in the cupboard under the laundry room sink unsecured. Please secure or move out of reach of children.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • -Observed staff in the Infant Room using a re-useable cloth to wipe the diaper table. Please ensure that only single use paper towels are used.
    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • -Tape on the floor of the Older Toddler Room was in poor condition, leaving the floor hard to clean. Please remove all tape residue.
    • 15. Is laundry being properly handled in a suitable manner?
      • -Used cloths were left on surfaces in the Infant Room. Please ensure cloths are used once and then placed in dirty laundry bins. Dirty laundry bins should be available in each room that uses cloths. There should also be a sufficient supply of clean cloths.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • -Chlorine was measured at different concentrations in each room from 250ppm to 1000ppm. Please ensure the concentration used is consistent throughout. It is strongly recommended that the Chlorine bottles are prepared by the same person each day.-Chlorine bottles in the Infant Rooms were bot labelled. Please ensure all chemicals are appropriately labelled.
