- F2.1 Does the facility have proper monitoring supplies?
- Observation(s): Quat test strips to be acquired for sanitizer verification of 200 ppm.
- F2.1A Sanitizer test strips must be available for each chemical sanitizer used at the premises.
- F2.5 Are the premises and equipment properly maintained and operated in a sanitary manner (i.e. ongoing maintenance)?
- Observation(s): The following areas to be improved upon/ installed: 1. Hand sink to be secured to wall. 2. If using bracket to secure hand sink to wall, please ensure surfaces are non-absorbent, smooth and can be cleaned + sanitized. 3. Three compartment sink to be secured to wall along with silicone bead to prevent water pooling below sinks 4. Drying racks to be installed above three compartment sink to allow for equipment drying 5. outer smoking area to be cleaned and organized to prevent potential pest harbourage. Installation of mechanical rodent traps (not chemical) will also be necessary.
