      • May 25, 2026, inspection:Prepackaged frozen meats and rice were not labeled.Previous Inspection:Some unlabeled packaged fish in freezer in customer service area. Owner noted that this is how the product came from the distributor.Please advise the supplier that you are not a restaurant and need product that is packaged for individual sale. Packaging cannot simply be on the external cardboard box. You may be able to place your own label on the product once you have opened the external box as you do have an approved meat cutting/packaging area. Please seek the best way to achieve compliance by discussing this with your supplier.
    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Chlorine in the spray bottle was measured at 50ppm. Chlorine was made more than a week ago. Use 100ppm chlorine (1/2 teaspoon bleach per L Water).

      • No chlorine test strips. Provide chlorine test strips and test daily.

      • 1) Found a dead mouse on the glue board and mouse droppings in the back meat cutter area. Remove mouse and droppings and clean and sanitize the area. Get a professional pest control company to address this issue. 2) No pest reports available for review.Provide pest report.3) The front door was propped open with a wedge. Close all doors.
