- Yes (corrected during inspection) - Regarding the required daily food safety temperature monitoring, there were no records available for review.Staff were advised of the requirement to ensure checklists/logs are used for record-keeping of the daily food safety temperature monitoring (with AHS template provided to operator for review and use). Such records are to be kept on-site for a period of 90 days.

- Yes (corrected during inspection) - at time of inspection, the hand-wash sink was obstructed (i.e. was being used as storage of containers). Note to ensure all hand-wash sinks are accessible and functional, with hot and cold running water under pressure, and an available supply of liquid soap and paper towels.
