Reuseable tools were not completely submerged in the solution.3. The same solution of disinfectant is used for multiple days to disinfect semi-critical tools but is not tested daily.Complete the following: Purchase HLD for reprocessing semi-critical tools immediately.Ensure tools are completely submerged.Follow the manufacturer's instruction for use. If reusing CS20, the solution must be tested daily and the results recorded in a log. This is to ensure the solution can still properly disinfect reusable implements.
