      • During inspection black garbage bags were observed covering the Bettcher optimax - Ensure that all covers and container are food graded.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Dishwasher has been tested for the temperature once a week.- Have the dishwasher tested daily with a thermometer that confirm that temperature is reaching above 71C.

      • There were some cracked/damaged utensils found in a drawer.Utensils were discarded during inspection. Cracked/damaged utensils can break off into food, and they are also unable to be properly cleaned and sanitized.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Cardboard boxes containing extra plates, stored on a shelf by the walk-in cooler had grease and food debris accumulation.Discard the soiled cardboard boxes. Store the plates either in cleanable boxes or in a different location.
