No bibs to be stored in sink (even to soak) this must be done in kitchen area. Handwashing sink is only for handwashing.

      • The back exit door weather stripping was missing, light from outside can be seen underneath the door from inside.Please replace the missing weather stripping to prevent pest entry into the facility.

      • Chemicals such as disinfectants and hand soaps were stored inside under sink cabinets across the facility. Ensure chemicals are kept out of reach of the kids by removing the items or providing locks for the cabinets.

      • An electrical outlet at the creative corner room was missing a protective cap. The missing cap was replaced during inspection. Please monitor outlets and ensure missing caps are replaced.

      • There appeared to be an inadequate supply of hot water at some areas in the facility.- Hot water temperature at the creative conner room and washroom handwashing sinks was measured to be between 20-21C.- Hot water temperature at other locations was measured to be between 28-33C.Please ensure adequate hot water supply at the facility.
