    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • 1) Several ceiling tiles throughout the OSC were water stained. Please ensure that all leaks are addressed prior to replacing water stained tiles.2) The paint was peeling beside the toilet in the second bathroom. Painting/Finishing required.3) There were holes in the wall beside the toilet paper holder in the second bathroom. Finishing and painting required.4) Laminate floor tiles were separating near the kitchen area.

      • Water temperature at the bathroom hand sink was measured to be approx. 55.7C which is too high. Water temperature is recommended to be 49C or less.

      • Some larger toys appeared to be visibly dirty and require better cleaning.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • There was a gap/hole at the bottom of the back exit door which could lead to entry of pests. Please provide weatherstripping for this area.
