      • The flooring in the infant/toddler room was not finished under the sink area. Please ensure this area is smooth and cleanable.

      • Warm water was not available at the hand sink in the infant/toddler room. Please ensure hot and cold potable water is available at all times.

      • Preschool/Bathroom - the paint on the door frame/wall by the bathroom was not finished. Please ensure the wall and door frame are smooth and easily cleanable.

      • 1) The kick plate under the infant room cabinets was in disrepair. The surface should be smooth and cleanable.2) The fridge in the infant room was monitored at 1.1C. At the time of the inspection, it was advised to moved food/drink to the staff fridge in the kitchen area.

      • Toilet paper was missing from the Preschool bathroom.

      • Kinder room - the blind cord was not secured and could be a choking hazard. Please secure.> cord was being stored out of the reach of children but plastic clip to be installed.       • Large toys throughout the program were visibly dirty and require better cleaning.

      • Cribs in the infant room were not acceptable for use. The folding crib was not assembled properly, and the other crib was a drop side crib which is not permitted and also had a loose screw near the bottom.

      • One crib mattress did not have an adequate waterproof mattress cover.

      • Used wiping cloths were observed on the counter in the infant/toddler room. Please ensure wiping cloths are for single use only and then go to laundry, or they may be stored in a container if sanitizing solution.
