      • Please enhance the cleaning and pest control along the bowling alley bar. Ensure the bar area is cleaned on a frequent basis and contact a pest control company to set traps. Comments Routine inspection conducted today. Facility is clean and well maintained. All hot holding 60°C or above and cold holding 4°C or below protective temperatures are in compliance with Health requirements. Mechanical warewasher is properly reaching sanitizing temperatures of 82°C measured at the manifold. 500ppm accelerated hydrogen peroxide surface sanitizer is available. Bar glasswashers are properly sanitizing at 12.5ppm iodine.
