      • Bags of flour, sugar stored on floor. Ensure all food items are stored off the floor.

      • No thermometer in one of the front display coolers - corrected onsite.

      • Chlorine test strips have expired in 2016 and appear to not be working properly. Please purchase new chlorine test strips.

      • Staff bathroom sink plumbing has a big leak. Bucket collecting wastewater was under the sink. Please repair/replace the pipe.
