      • The facility uses bleach sanitizer. Bleach was not available at the time of inspection. The operator mentioned she was going to purchase the sanitizer after the inspection. Chlorine test strips were available on site.

      • The permit posted has expired in 2025. The operator had a copy of the valid permit on her phone. Please ensure that the permit is printed and posted where it is visible to the public.
