      • There is no single use towels available at the hand washing basin of the facial room. Please provide single use towels to facilitate drying hands after hand washing.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Receptionist indicated that estheticians spray reusable instruments with RTU to disinfect. Please note that reusable instruments that come close to mucous membrane must be cleaned and then disinfected with high level disinfectant. The RTU is considered an intermediate level disinfectant.
