- The floor under the rubber mat was dirty with debris, dirt, scraps, etc.--ensure the cleaning staff move/remove the rubber mat and clean the floor; clean the rubber mat too. If the rubber mat can't be cleaned on a regular basis, then it should just be removed to promote cleaning.
