- - Both spray bottles in kitchen did not have any detectable chlorine nor quaternary ammonia.
- - Chemical in janitor's closet usually used for food contact surfaces states that there needs to be a 10 minute contact time before a rinse
- Corrective Action(s):
- No other chemicals in janitors closet or storage room appear to be suitable for food contact surfaces. Manager to contact chemical supplier for either:
- - confirmation that chemical can be used on food contact surfaces OR
- - another approved chemical that can be used on for food contact surfaces
- Until either of the above is confirmed, use a chlorine solution (1tbsp in 4L of water for a 100ppm solution) for food contact surfaces.
