      • Observation: Several types of dried fish are packaged in a styrofoam base with plastic wrap over it and a green price label. There is no other labels on the packaging. Boxes of bulk shrimp and oven dried crayfish noted in the back storage area. The box did not have a label on it. Frozen animal hooves noted in the freezer in garbage bags with no labels.
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator wasn't on-site but mentioned over the phone that all the products are from different approved sources. Email me copies of the receipts for the dried fish products as well as the frozen animal hooves. When repackaging dried fish, you must place proper labels on them as discussed.
