      • Some garbage build up was noted behind the deep freezer in the storage room. Clean the above mentioned area.

    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • No test strips to monitor the concentration of the sanitizing agent were observed during inspection onsite.Provide test strips with valid expiry date to effectively monitor the sanitizing agent concentration in the sanitizer solution buckets and during manual dish washing.Dec 11, 2023: Test strips were not still available.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Some evidence of pest infestation was observed at the kitchen area. Mice droppings were observed at a corner in the storage room and behind the refrigerator in the kitchen (close to the storage room). - Please use bleach water to clean all mice droppings observed in the facility.- Ensure all food items are stored away from the floor and covered with a tight lid.- Close all possible entry points for mice into the facility. - Work with your pest control company to ensure any infestation going on is eliminated.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Two portions of the kitchen ceiling were cut open. Please close the openings on the ceiling.
