- As discussed during the inspection, the owner will install a two compartment stainless steel sinks in the back room where the staff refrigerator and hand washing sink is located. The existing hand washing sink should be left in place for staff hand washing and the new two compartment sink install will be for the washing/rinsing/sanitizing of the parts of the slush machine.Please complete the above install by June 28, 2024.
