- The wall surface located above the 3-comp sink was discolored with a black substance resembling mould. This area required a thorough cleaning, disinfecting and re-caulking as necessary.The baseboard molding was peeling off below the 3-comp sink area and required repair.

- Previous infraction:Floor tiles and wall panels in various areas throughout the back kitchen were damaged and required repair/replacement. A few dust covers for the light fixtures were damaged and required replacement.Notes from November 9 Inspection:The Ceiling tiles in the pizza baking area are heavily discolored and some are starting to peel around the corners. Inspector discussed that facility may need to start replacing ceiling tiles, especially those that are peeling and no longer easy to clean.
