- The handle of the scoop for the shredded cheese was in direct contact with the cheese in the prep cooler. Ensure all scoops are stored outside of the inserts or a in manner that prevents contamination of the food via the scoop handle or hands. Scoop was moved during time of inspection.

- 1) The water for the front handwashing sink was turned off due to a leaky faucet. Use the handwashing sink near the dish pit until the front handwashing sink has been repaired. 2) The hot water for the staff washroom was turned off due to a leaky faucet. Please fix both sinks.
