- 1) There was a cutting board stored behind the faucet of the handwashing sink and underneath the paper towel dispenser. 2) There was a juicer with an open top that was stored beneath an electric fly trap. All food equipment must be stored in a manner that protects it from contamination. The cutting board and juicer were moved at the time of the inspection.
