    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • - Preschool room blue corner of wall with chipping paint and lifted stripping near dollhouse area- Chipped paint on various walls in rooms> outstanding April 29 2025- wooden gates in the toddler and preschool rooms did not appear to be finishes/painted.> outstanding May 22, 2025
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • - Preschool Room: blue and red leather sofa in disrepair (ripping)> outstanding April 29, 2025.- Safety straps were not present in 6 of the 8 infant seats (table).- several sleeping mats were observed to have holes. Replacement required.- the shelf attached to the grocery checkout toy in the OSC was in disrepair with screws sticking out. Repair or replacement required.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • - the caulking behind the right sink in the preschool bathroom was in disrepair. Replacement required.- the shelving unit in the staff/preschool washroom was over four feet in height and not secured to the wall.- the white storage shelf at the entrance to the OSC was in disrepair. The shelf was also over four feet in height and was not secure to the wall. Please repair and secure to prevent form tipping.

      • - Preschool room blue corner of wall with chipping paint and lifted stripping near dollhouse area- Chipped paint on various walls in rooms> outstanding April 29 2025- wooden gates in the toddler and preschool rooms did not appear to be finishes/painted.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • - First Aid Kits present on site was inadequately stocked with supplies.> outstanding April 29 2025
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • - Preschool Room: blue and red leather sofa in disrepair (ripping)> outstanding April 29, 2025.- Pink couch in the infant/toddler room was worn and appeared dirty. There was also a hole in the fabric.- Potty seat in the infant/toddler bathroom was not fully cleaned. Cleaning and disinfection required after use.- Safety straps were not present in 6 of the 8 infant seats (table).- there was a hook broken/missing near the main entrance.- several sleeping mats were observed to have holes. Replacement required.- the shelf attached to the grocery checkout toy in the OSC was in disrepair with screws sticking out. Repair or replacement required.

      • - Larger toys and play equipment that cannot be soaked (play kitchen, etc.) observed with dust and debris build-up on surfaces and inside cupboards/cabinets
