      • At the diaper change table in the infant/toddler room two bottles of chlorine disinfectant had 0 ppm of chlorine. Ensure that they are at least 100ppm and test frequently.

JULY 31, 2026 UPDATE: There is no damaged blue and red sofa in the preschool room but there is damaged one in the OSC room, which has some material place over the damaged area but does not form a seal to allow for cleaning and disinfection. Repair or remove sofa.- Safety straps were not present in 6 of the 8 infant seats (table). JULY 31, 2026 UPDATE: Still outstanding- several sleeping mats were observed to have holes. Replacement required. JULY 31, 2026 UPDATE: multiple damaged sleeping mats in storage. Remove mats and ensure there are enough mats in good condition for registered napping clients.July 31, 2026 UPDATE grocery checkout toy in the OSC that was damaged has been removed.

JULY 31, 2026 UPDATE caulking has improved behind righ sink in the preschool bathroom- the shelving unit in the staff/preschool washroom was over four feet in height and not secured to the wall.- the white storage shelf at the entrance to the OSC was in disrepair. The shelf was also over four feet in height and was not secure to the wall. Please repair and secure to prevent form tipping. JULY 31, 2026 UPDATE: there is a white storage shelf at OSC that wobbles and is not secured to the wall. There is another black shelving unit that is over 4feet and not secured to the wall
