      • 1.The cute penguin's rooms had paint that was not age appropriate. Please ensure all paints are non-toxic and appropriate for the age group that is using it.Operator removed paint from the room.2. Artificial turf was used in the infant room. Artificial turf is not considered age-appropriate for infants due to how difficult it is to cleanOperator removed the turf during the inspection.

      • 1.The highchair in the dolphin room had food debris buildup in the straps. Operator cleaned the straps during the inspection2. The finish on the diapering table in the dolphin room was worn down and no longer easy to clean. Ensure diapering surfaces are smooth, non-absorbent, and easy to clean.Operators replaced the diapering table during the inspection.

      • 1. The couch in the Zebras room was in disrepair, making it difficult to clean. Please repair or replace the couch to ensure it is smooth, non-absorbent, and easy to clean, or use a couch cover that is smooth, easy to clean, and washable.2. There was a hole in the SE wall of the Simba 2 room.Please refinish the wall to ensure it is smooth, non-absorbent, and easy to clean.

      • There were water damaged ceiling tiles in the zebra room and the Simba 2 room above the handwashing sink.Please investigate the areas to determine if there is a leak. If a leak is found, please repair it. Please replace the water damaged ceiling tiles after investigation and repairs are complete.

      • Peeling paint noted on the wall beside the window in classroom 5 (3-6 years old).-Please repaint the indicated area to ensure good repair.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Hot water temperature was measured at 22'C in most facility's washrooms and kitchen handwashing sink.-Please increase and maintain hot water temperature between 38-43'C to ensure proper handwashing process.
