- The concentration of the sanitizer solution in the spray bottle at the Café washing sink was measured at less than 50 ppm. Sanitizer must be prepared and used at the required strength of 200 ppm or as specified by the manufacturer’s instructions. Staff were directed to refill the bottle using the wall‑mounted dispenser in the central kitchen.
