      • 1. Preempt CS 20 expired in 2024. **Obtain new CS 20.**CORRECTED. EXPIRY DATE JUNE 3 20272. CS 20 solutions is being reused. No record of logs or test strips. **Obtain test strips and record results. 3. Hair brushes were observed to be full of client hair and alcohol used for disinfectant. **Remove hair from hair brushes and disinfect between client with a minimum low level disinfectant (ex. Barbicide). Unfortunately alcohol is no longer recognized as an approved disinfectant.

Lash tweezers left in CS 20 solution for 30 minutes and not rinsed with potable water.**Equipment should be soaked in CS 20 for 20 minutes and a rinse should be conducted with potable water and left to air dry. **SPOKE TO OPERATOR ABOUT PROCESS.
