      • A thermometer capable of accurately measuring temperature was not available in the refrigerator during inspection. Ensure that the fridge has an accurate display thermometer inside so that the holding temperature for perishable foods can be easily verified.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Test strips for a food-grade sanitizer could not be identified at the time of inspection. Because this facility conducts occasional food handling, it would be expected to have the means of verifying sanitizer concentration whenever a solution is prepared. Acquire test strips for preferred sanitizer in use or confirm use of alternate food-grade sanitizer that does not require preparation.
