      • There was expired ensure (nutritional supplement) on the shelf. Staff are aware of the difference between expiration vs. best before dates and this product must have been missed as staff frequently check these products. Removed from display during inspection.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • The weather stripping at the back door next to the receiving bay is in broken. Please repair/replace the stripping to prevent entry of pests.
