- Observation(s): Potentially hazardous food items stored within the open display refrigerator were measured at temperatures as high as 12 to 14deg.C, including sour cream, cheese, dairy based dip. These items were discarded by owner/operator at the time of inspection. Please adjust/service this refrigerator, install monitoring thermometers within the unit (ie. positioned on either side and central), and ensure that the storage of PHF inside this refrigerator is discontinued until demonstrated that it can maintain 4deg.C or less at all times.

- Observation(s): Two food suppliers/sources of food observed onsite (a manufactured preserve in jars and manufactured pre-packaged Mexican snacks in bags) may not be from approved sources and may only be permitted for sale at temporary markets. Please confirm health approval for the two manufactured food produced of concern and where health approval has not been issued to these two suppliers for retail sale outside of temporary markets, please remove and discontinue sale of these food items.

- Observation(s): Two food suppliers/sources of food observed onsite (preserve in jars and pre-packaged Mexican snacks) may not be from approved sources and may only be permitted for sale at temporary markets. Please confirm health approval for these two different suppliers as discussed while onsite and where health approval has not been issued to these two suppliers for retail sale outside of temporary markets, please remove and discontinue sale of these food items.

- Observation(s): Please unclutter/organize and clean up the back room behind the till where there is storage shelving, the handsink and 3-compartment sink to assist with better fly control (numerous small flies were noted) and provide better fly control methods that are not directly above or beside food/storage shelving and, assess fly control methods/change frequently where required.
