- REPEATED VIOLATION1) Frozen foods were found stored on the floor. Ensure that all foods are stored at least 15cm (6in) off the floor to prevent contamination with floor debris. August 2, 2023 The operator will reorganize the walk in freezer and use shelves to remove food from the floor.

- 1) Spring rolls in the walk in freezer were stored in non food grade bags. Ensure that food grade bags are used to store food to prevent food contamination. 2) Blue bins are in use for storing bean sprouts that are not food grade. Some of the containers are broken. Replace non food grade containers with food grade containers or use a food grade bag or liner to store food. 3) A Home Depot pail that was not food grade was in use for food storage in the walkin cooler. Ensure that food is stored in a food grade pail. Do not use non food grade pails for food.
