   • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
     • -There were 2 pans in one of the drawers that were scuffed and had burn marks/stains. Replace these pans with ones that are in good condition and mark/stain free to prevent contamination of food. -There was a small dead moth in one of the plastic bowls in the lower drawer labeled for bowls closest to the equipment storage closet. -Some of the shelves in the storage closet had dust. Ensure equipment is washed and sanitized prior to being used if they haven't been used in a while to prevent contamination of food.Ensure the shelves are cleaned to prevent contamination of food and prevent attraction of pests.
