      • CS-20 used for disinfecting lash tweezers. CS-20 is changed out every 14 days as per manufacturer's instructions. Operator was previously not testing and recording test results. High-level disinfection log was provided during the inspection. Test strips will be purchased shortly and a photo of them will be submitted to EPH.
