      • Adequate logs are not being maintained for dishwasher sanitizer concentrations or cooler/freezer temperatures. A log sheet was posted on one of the front standing coolers; however, it had not been filled out.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The front handwash sink did not have a functioning hot water tap.April 8, 2026: Hot water is working at the front handwash sink, however it must be turned on using the plumbing connection below the sink. Staff stated that a replacement tap has been ordered.

      • The following deficiencies were observed:1. The front handwash sink did not have a functioning hot water tap.2. The back handwash sink was blocked by a large garbage bin.Please ensure that both handwash sinks remain easily accessible at all times. Repair the hot water tap at the front handwash sink, and in the meantime, use only the back handwash sink until the repair is completed.

      • The floors were dirty at the back of the facility near the walk‑in cooler. Please clean the floors thoroughly, paying particular attention to hard‑to‑reach areas between storage bins and equipment.
