      • Pedicure chair footrest area was wrapped with saran plastic. This surface was not smooth so it can't be cleaned and disinfected properly. Provide a smooth washable surface.

      • 1. Reusable nail tools are cleaned with brush and water.2. Cleaned tools are kept in a reusable towel that had yellow staining. 1. PLEASE CLEAN REUSABLE NAIL TOOLS WITH DETERGENT AND WATER AND SCRUB BRUSH.2. KEEP CLEANED TOOLS IN AN ENCLOSED CLEANABLE AREA. TOWELS MAY BE USED TO DRY RINSED INSTRUMENTS BEFORE DISINFECTION AND CHANGED BETWEEN USES.
    • 19. Is ultrasonic cleaning of reusable equipment being performed properly and when necessary?
      • Ultrasonic cleaner is used for disinfecting tools with CS20. IF THE ULTRASONIC CLEANER IS USED FOR CLEANING TOOLS, IT SHOULD BE TESTED FOR ITS EFFICACY AND APPROPRIATE ULTRASONIC CLEANER SOLUTION SHALL BE USED AS PER MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTION FOR USE.
    • 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
      • Expired Preempt RTU spray, wipe and CS20.DO NOT USE EXPIRED PRODUCTS AS ITS EFFICACY IS NOT GURANTEED ONCE PAST EXPIRY DATE.
