      • The sanitizer used in the dispenser located at the mop sink had expired in 2024, and the concentration tested below 200 ppm.Going forward, staff will be using a bleach‑and‑water mixture for sanitizing. Measurements were provided onsite and the solution was tested for accuracy. Please discontinue use of the expired sanitizer and discard both bottles currently onsite.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Please obtain chlorine test strips for verifying the bleach‑and‑water sanitizer. These test strips must also be used to test the sanitizer concentration in the dishwasher.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • There was no paper towel in the dispenser in the staff washroom. Staff re-filled the dispenser during the inspection.
